Every treat is handcrafted. While we aim for consistency, slight variations in appearance are part of the artisanal charm. All items are subject to availability; if we run out of a specific ingredient, we will contact you to discuss a tasty substitute.

Safety first! Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we follow strict health and safety protocols, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Please do not order if there are any allergies.
4. DELIVERY AREAS AND TIMES
We deliver to mainland UK only. Please carefully check your delivery details before completing your order. If you notice an error after, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made. Where address errors result in non-delivery, delay, return, or disposal of the order, refunds will not be available. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery so your treats stay fresh. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather or theft if a package is left unattended.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Need to change something? Contact us immediately for the best chance of correcting your order before dispatch. Because our treats are made-to-order, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after they have been processed.
6. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will do our best to make it right.
7. USER ACCOUNTS
Creating a member account helps you track orders. You are responsible for keeping your login info secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.
8. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
Prices are subject to change, but the price at your time of purchase is final. Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
